Who provides the mental health services?

Our mental health services are delivered by in-house professionals, including therapists, counselors, and certified coaches. We do not use third-party vendors at this time.

How do employees access mental health support?

Vitable Primary Care members can access all care through the Vitable mobile app. Employees can schedule virtual sessions, connect with coaches, and use on-demand mental health tools.

Do I need a referral to get mental health services?

No. Vitable’s integrated care model allows members to get mental health support directly—without needing a referral.

Are there limits to how often employees can use mental health services?

Yes, certain services have limits. Mental health coaching is unlimited. However, mental health therapy is only available with a VPC Enhanced membership and has a 10-visit-per-plan-year limit.

Therapy is not available in some states.
