Jillian Patten, at Redwood Literacy, sought a solution to offer affordable health benefits to her growing team, which includes both employees and 1099 contractors. With a rapid expansion on the horizon, Jillian needed a benefits provider that could scale with her company while providing value to her remote staff. Traditional health insurance options were expensive, and her team had not been satisfied with their current offerings.
